Customers

- Visits a landing page created with xPage

- Shares personal information through an xPage interface
2. Information We Collect
For Merchants
We collect data needed to operate xPage and deliver our features:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password
- Store & Brand Data: Domain, media uploads, branding assets
- Activity Data: Settings, preferences, generated content
- Technical Data: IP address, browser, device type
- Billing Data: Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
For Customers
We only collect information submitted directly on Merchant pages:
- Contact Details: Name, phone number, email
- Order & Form Data: Delivery details, purchase intent, checkout information
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser information
We DO NOT collect sensitive personal data or unnecessary information.
3. How We Use Your Information
For Merchants
- To create and manage your xPage account
- To generate landing pages and AI-powered assets
- To improve design recommendations and performance
- To provide customer support
- To analyze anonymized product performance
For Customers
- To deliver your submitted information to the Merchant
- To support order processing, contact, and communication
- To enhance page performance and form delivery
- To protect the security of xPage and Merchant landing pages
We never sell personal data.
4. AI & Machine Learning Usage
xPage uses AI to:
- Generate landing page layouts
- Create copywriting suggestions
- Produce color palettes
- Optimize UX elements
AI models may process your data to improve outputs, but we do not use your content to train any public models.
Everything remains private and secured.
7. Data Retention
- Merchant account data is stored as long as your account is active.
- Customer form submissions are retained only for the Merchant and follow the Merchant's retention settings.
- If you close your xPage account, we delete all associated data unless legally required to keep it.

10. Google Workspace API Disclosure
Google Workspace API Limited Use Disclosure
Our application's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data accessed through Google Workspace APIs is used solely to provide and improve user-facing features that you explicitly authorize, such as data synchronization, automation, and service functionality.
We do not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
